The exact battery is confirmed after intake so that assessment remains relevant to the person and the reason for referral.

- An ADHD-focused clinical interview and rating scales
- Developmental interview and structured autism observation using the ADI-R and ADOS-2
- Relevant questionnaires completed between sessions
- Integrated interpretation, one report and a final feedback session

Understanding overlapping presentations
ADHD, autism and learning difficulties often co-occur, and each can affect how the others present. Attention difficulties can resemble a learning problem; learning difficulties can affect classroom behaviour; masking can make developmental differences less obvious.
An integrated assessment lets one clinician weigh the available evidence together and explain how each part of the profile relates to the others.

This is the most involved pathway and requires the greatest appointment and energy commitment.

Not every domain will necessarily result in a diagnosis; clarifying what does not meet criteria can be valuable.

If WISC, WAIS or WIAT testing has previously been completed, we cannot administer the same assessment again within six months of its completion date.

Results reflect the assessment period and may need review as circumstances or support needs change.

The full battery is not automatically the right starting point for every person; suitability is discussed at the initial consultation.
