Overview

Care begins with the whole picture.

Harmony supports NDIS participants through services that focus on meaningful function, wellbeing, capacity and participation. Support is selected according to the person’s goals, plan, funding arrangements and clinical needs.

We communicate clearly with participants, families, support coordinators and other providers, with consent, so that recommendations can be considered within the broader support plan.

Who it may help

Reasons people come to Harmony.

Every person’s needs are different. We’ll listen to what matters to you and help identify the care that best supports your goals.

What we offer

A considered, clearly explained pathway.

Cognitive assessment and the NDIS

A cognitive, academic, ADHD or autism assessment may sometimes provide useful information about strengths, support needs and functional impact. It is not required or appropriate for every participant.

An assessment or diagnosis does not guarantee NDIS access, funding or a particular support. Your clinician will explain what the assessment can and cannot establish before you proceed.

Before services begin

We will confirm the service requested, goals, available funding, plan-management arrangements, consent and any required service agreement before appointments commence.
