About
James Wallace is a Director of Harmony Specialist Healthcare. He leads business development and contributes to the design of specialised and intensive rehabilitation pathways.
His work is grounded in the belief that exercise should be individually selected, measurable and meaningful—not simply prescribed as a generic solution. He has a particular interest in the way physical, psychological and medical care can be coordinated for complex presentations.
James also completed First Class Honours in Surveying. That academic background—grounded in measurement, error, estimation and uncertainty—strongly influences his clinical approach. He selects meaningful measures, considers variability and interprets changes in strength, function and physical capacity in context, rather than relying on a number alone. This complements his particular interest in objective assessment, rehabilitation outcomes and the progression of physical capacity over time.
