Your first visit
A considered beginning.
Your first appointment is a chance to explain what has been happening, what matters to you and what you hope will change.
What to expect
Time to understand the story.
Your clinician will ask about the current concerns, relevant health history, previous care, everyday function and goals. The content and length of the appointment depend on the service booked.
After the consultation, your clinician will explain their initial view and any recommended next steps. With your consent, relevant communication can be sent to the referring or treating practitioner.

Not every item applies to every service. The booking team will tell you if anything specific is required.
