Overview

Care begins with the whole picture.

Counselling provides a confidential and supportive space to work through emotional, psychological and life challenges. Chantal Barnard is a professionally qualified counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

At Harmony, counselling is available within a broader multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Where appropriate and with consent, your counsellor can work alongside psychology, medical and exercise-physiology teams to support coordinated care.
