Overview

Care begins with the whole picture.

Accredited Exercise Physiologists use exercise as healthcare. Assessment considers health conditions, symptoms, current capacity, confidence and the activities that matter to the person.

Programs are individualised and progressed over time. The aim is not simply fitness—it is to build strength, function, confidence and sustainable participation in life, work or sport.

Who it may help

Reasons people come to Harmony.

Every person’s needs are different. We’ll listen to what matters to you and help identify the care that best supports your goals.

What we offer

A considered, clearly explained pathway.

Exercise that adapts

Exercise selection, resistance, range, speed, position, volume and rest can all be modified. Progress is based on the person’s response and goals rather than a generic program.

Integrated rehabilitation

For complex presentations, Exercise Physiologists can work alongside Specialist Pain Medicine Physicians, psychologists, counsellors and other treating professionals to maintain a consistent plan.
