Harmony’s Movement Studio is designed for rehabilitation, persistent pain, strength development and improving physical capacity under the guidance of Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
Exercise is selected and progressed according to each person’s health, symptoms, functional goals and confidence.
The aim is not simply to complete exercises, but to progressively develop strength, fitness, movement confidence and meaningful physical function.
Keiser equipment
Precise, smooth resistance.
Keiser pneumatic resistance uses compressed air rather than traditional weight stacks. Loads can be adjusted in small increments, recorded accurately and progressed over time.

Low starting loads with gradual progression
Accurate recording of training loads
Strength work tailored to rehabilitation and performance goals
Concept2 equipment
Strength and conditioning that adapts.
The Concept2 StrengthErg supports adjustable strength work, while rowing and SkiErg equipment use responsive air resistance. Together, they provide options ranging from gentle rehabilitation to higher-level conditioning.
