Not a conventional gym

Exercise selected for the individual.

Exercise is selected and progressed according to each person’s health, symptoms, functional goals and confidence.

The aim is not simply to complete exercises, but to progressively develop strength, fitness, movement confidence and meaningful physical function.

Keiser equipment

Precise, smooth resistance.

Keiser pneumatic resistance uses compressed air rather than traditional weight stacks. Loads can be adjusted in small increments, recorded accurately and progressed over time.

  • Resistance adjusted in small increments
  • Smooth, low-inertia movement
  • Low starting loads with gradual progression
  • Accurate recording of training loads
  • Strength work tailored to rehabilitation and performance goals

Concept2 equipment

Strength and conditioning that adapts.

The Concept2 StrengthErg supports adjustable strength work, while rowing and SkiErg equipment use responsive air resistance. Together, they provide options ranging from gentle rehabilitation to higher-level conditioning.

  • Strength training with the StrengthErg
  • Rowing and SkiErg cardiovascular conditioning
  • Effort matched to the individual
  • Clear, measurable progression
  • Options from gentle rehabilitation to higher-level conditioning

Ways to use the studio

Individual and small-group options.

Every client follows a program appropriate to their needs and works toward their own goals.
