Dr Vivian Fernandes considers interacting medical conditions, investigations, medications, functional changes and other contributing factors, bringing the information together into a clear and coordinated management plan.

She graduated in medicine from the University of Sydney with First Class Honours and completed physician training at Sydney Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Further nuclear-medicine experience included Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Dr Fernandes has served the Macarthur community for more than 25 years. At Harmony she can work closely with Specialist Pain Medicine Physicians, Clinical Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

  • Former Senior Lecturer at Western Sydney University, with an academic appointment in the University of Wollongong’s Physics Department
